Sound great? There’s more!
• Come meet the TEAM LONG BROTHERS- Cayden & Conner Long. They have been featured on ESPN and ABC News with Diane Sawyer. Six year old Cayden is diagnosed with cerebral palsy and nine year old Conner pushes Cayden in a specially designed stroller, pedals with Cayden in a trailer behind his bike and swims while pulling Cayden in a raft. Team Long Brothers will be competing in the 5k race and sharing their story with the crowd. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet this incredible pair & their family! : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAC50ILgIxY
• At the finish/start line (in Hancock Park) you will meet a professional JOGGLER (someone who juggles while they jog, naturally), Dan Berg, who will be joggling the 5k and putting on brief shows for the crowd!
• We will have a full, fun warm-up on the stage in Hancock Park, to some rocking music.
Can’t make it to this event but wish you could? Register as a “ghost” runner! You’ll still get a shirt and chance to support a great organization… all without the sweat…
